Payment / Booking Policy

All our products and services are listed in USD and if you use an international card to pay through our online booking system (which uses PayPal) there may be a transaction fee.


Prices (day) tours children

Children 12 years and older: adult rate

Children between 6 and 12 years old: 50% of the minimal adult rate

Children up to 6 years old: free


Giving tips

Tipping is common in Egypt and seen as an expression of satisfaction for the service provided, but it is not mandatory. Of course, the staff appreciates a tip.


Customized itinerary requests

For a custom request, you can contact Far and Beyond Travel. A company representative will contact you to process your custom request and then send you an itinerary by email. If you agree with the travel plan, full payment must be made no later than 30 days before the start of the travel plan. In case of a custom request less than 30 days before the start of the travel plan, you must pay the full amount immediately after confirmation.


Adjustments in your booking by yourself

If you want to adjust a booking, please contact us by email (info@farandbeyondtravel.com.). Adjustments in a booking are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.


Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent by email (to info@farandbeyondtravel.com).

 

If you cancel your trip / tour, the following rate will be applied:

● From the booking date up to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the total travel sum will be charged

● Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total travel sum will be charged

● Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 75% of the total travel sum will be charged

● Between 6 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total travel sum will be charged


Force majeure

Far and Beyond Travel is flexible in case the government or airline issues a travel alert from / to your country of departure and / or your destination. If this happens, the total amount of your booking will be available as future travel credit within 12 months.


Refunds

A refund will be made through PayPal. There is no refund in the event of a no-show on an existing reservation.


Responsibility

Far and Beyond Travel acts as an agent for the participants in relation to travel, whether by rail, boat, airplane or any other means of transport, and accepts no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following: weather conditions, force majeure, acts of the government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, quarantines, delays or similar circumstances. No liability is accepted for any additional costs.

Far and Beyond Travel recommends that you obtain appropriate travel insurance and reserve the right to change travel plans and itineraries for any reason but will endeavor to notify customers of such changes prior to departure.
